elite transports Vehicle Policies and Procedures

Our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our passengers is reflected in the following guidelines. From our strict non-smoking policy to rules regarding alcohol consumption, payment, and reservations, we've outlined important information to ensure a smooth and trouble-free journey. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these policies, as your compliance ensures a seamless and enjoyable ride. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Non-Smoking Policy:

All vehicles provided by Elite Transports are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices, is prohibited inside the vehicles. Violation of this policy may result in cleaning and restoration fees.

Drug-Free Environment:

The use or possession of any illegal substances or drugs, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside Elite Transports vehicles. This policy applies to all passengers, regardless of age or purpose of travel.

Alcohol Consumption:

Alcohol consumption is allowed in Elite Transports vehicles only when all passengers are 21 years of age or older. Passengers consuming alcohol must do so responsibly and abide by all relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.

Payment and Reservations:

All rental fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the ride. For special events, a non-refundable deposit is required based on the event cost. Changes to reservations within 24 hours of the scheduled ride may incur additional charges, at the discretion of Elite Transports.

Special Event Deposits:

For special events, deposits are required as follows:

  • Events up to $500: $150 non-refundable deposit.

  • Events between $500 and $1000: $250 non-refundable deposit.

  • Events over $1000: $500 non-refundable deposit.

Termination of Service:

The driver reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if any member of the client's party exhibits deliberate misconduct, unruly behavior, or any actions that jeopardize the safety of the driver, passengers, or the vehicle.

Weather-Related Delays and Cancellations:

 Damage Responsibility:

Elite Transports will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unsafe weather conditions, such as un-salted roads or other hazardous weather-related situations.

Elite Transports is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to check the vehicle for personal belongings before exiting.

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period by themselves or members of their party. This includes both interior and exterior damage.

Law Enforcement Fines:

A cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed for excessive clean-up resulting from spills on the seats or carpet. Passengers are expected to maintain cleanliness during the ride.

A sanitation fee of $300 will be assessed if any passenger loses control of bodily functions within the vehicle, resulting in the need for extensive cleaning and decontamination.

Any fines imposed by law enforcement, except for fines related to driver violations, are the responsibility of the client and/or members of their party.

By using Elite Transports' services, clients and passengers agree to abide by these policies and procedures. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, fees, or termination of service.
